We Are Hiring!

Ferm Fresh is currently hiring part-time boochtenders, primarily for the new Southside location, opening in summer of 2023. We’re looking for friendly, engaging, and communicative people who love kombucha! You must be 18 years or older to apply. A flexible schedule is necessary, as well as the ability to work in a fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to)

• Providing excellent customer service

• Filling drink orders

• Filling grab-and-go food orders

• Operating cash register

• Beverage prep (smoothies, shrub syrups, etc.)

• General kitchen and cafe cleaning

• Other duties as assigned

Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred, drive thru experience is beneficial. Employees will be required to participate in Ferm Fresh’s Kombucha 101 course to gain the necessary knowledge on our products.
