Kombucha and Seasonal Ferments

Kombucha is a sparkling, naturally effervescent, probiotic tea. It has delightful natural carbonation, is low in sugar, and has a multitude of health benefits!

Some of our seasonal ferments are:

Kimchi is a traditional Korean ferment. It's full of probiotics, lots of flavors that pop, and is quite honestly addicting and delicious! Our sauerkraut is more of crunchy slaw. It's fermented 10-14 days and still has the zing of fermentation but isn't mushy. This kraut goes well with brats, burgers, Reubens, on a cheese board, or straight out of the jar! Ferm Fresh Fermentation Bar

We produce and package everything at our fermentation bar! We spend the early days of the week fermenting, packaging, and fulfilling our wholesale orders. Everything we do is fermented & probiotic. We are excited to be the only local producer of ferments in the Wabash valley! Our products help introduce good bacteria to your gut, rid bad bacteria, maintain a healthy immune system, improve gut, brain, and heart health!
